Privacy Statement
For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes no information regarding the domain or e-mail address. We collect the e-mail address of those who communicate with us via e-mail, aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit, user specific information on what pages consumers access or visit and information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registrations.
The information we collect is used for internal review and is then discarded, used to improve the content of our Web page, used to customize the content and/or layout of our page for individual consumer and used by us to contact consumers for marketing purposes.
If you do not want to receive e-mail from us in the future, please let us know by sending an e-mail, calling or writing, and telling us that you do not want to receive e-mail from our company.
Terms of Use Statement
You understand and agree that the owners of this site shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data or other intangible losses (even if the owners of this site have been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from the use or the inability to use the product(s) and or service(s) or any misuse of the product(s) and or service(s) in a manner not in accordance with their intended use.
Returns/Refunds
- All items must be in the original packaging accompanied by the original packing slip.
- All returns must have a Return Approval Number (RAN). This can be obtained by contacting customer service within 5 business days of receiving the item(s). Once an RAN number has been obtained the customer has 10 days to return the item(s). During the holidays this can be extended to 30 days with a proper RAN.
- The RAN number must be visible on the outside of the return merchandise box which is to be sent to our warehouse at the following address:

- Once the merchandise is received at our warehouse, it will be inspected for any damages.

- If for any reason the merchandise has been damaged, WE WILL NOT ISSUE A REFUND/CREDIT.
- If the merchandise passes inspection then the return process will continue as follows.

All returns are for only the dollar amount of the item(s) less a $10.00 restocking fee. Shipping is non-refundable.
- All returns are for in-store credit only. This in-store credit must be used within 90 days after the item(s) have been received by customer service. Customer service will send out an email upon receipt of the item(s) notifying customer of the start of the in-store credit time table.
Regular Orders
- The orders will be processed within 1 business day of the order date. You will receive a confirmation email letting you know that your order has been processed.
Out of Stock Items
- If the product(s) are out of stock when you place a order, you will be notified by email. You will then have the option to either cancel the order or accept a partial shipment of the in stock items. You will then receive notification of the expected date that a back ordered item(s) will be in-stock and potential shipping date of the item(s). If the item(s) are discontinued then credit will be made to your account for the amount of the item(s).
Shipping
- Charges will be different for every item. Please, keep this in mind when you are ordering.
- There will be no combined shipping charges for items. (Example: if you order two comforters of the same pattern it will still cost you shipping for each one.)
- We use Fed Ex, Priority Mail, and UPS. Depending on what item you order determines the carrier used. We have warehouse all over and each one has its own choice of the three methods.
- If you are ordering any of our touch lights there is an automatic $14.00 shipping and handling fee for these items. I will try and mark these items accordingly.
- Not all items can be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO addresses or P.O. boxes. Please provide a physical address when ordering. If you fall into anyone of these categories please contact us so that maybe we can work something out.
